Previously working as a freelance Executive Search Consultant on a global basis for seven years with life sciences clients (pharma, biotech, medical device and not-for-profit) across a range of functional areas including: operations, R&D and clinical research. Yasemin also gained earlier experience as a Researcher at Boyden Executive Search and RSA Executive Search. With native Turkish, fluent English and advanced Italian, she holds a First-Class Honours degree in Statistics coupled with further studies towards an MBA from Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul.
