Wycliffe joined Coulter Partners from Hays, where he gained two years´ experience as a Scientific Recruitment Consultant. Further experience with Noir, a Microsoft recruitment agency. Wycliffe holds a BSc in Chemistry and an MSc in Polymer Chemistry, both from the University of Warwick, UK.
