A key member of the UK Project Coordinator team, Ruby assists with their recruitment, training and development, ensuring their effectiveness in managing global business development and supporting Life Sciences search assignments. Manages multiple projects, coordinating all phases of search assignments with a primary focus on scientific and medical roles across the entire R&D spectrum from discovery to product development. Prior to joining Coulter Partners in 2019, Ruby honed her strong people skills through diverse experiences, including auction management, event administration and volunteering with charities.

Previous experience gained working with refugees in Calais and as a group leader with Amnesty International. Ruby holds a BA (HONS) in Classics from the University of Bristol.
