Works closely with the senior team globally on growth strategy, business development and broader corporate services, drawing on over twenty years’ experience within the executive search industry. A passionate advocate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, involved in driving both internal and external initiatives. Neha represents Coulter Partners on the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) EMEA IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access) Council where she has been an invited member since 2021.

Neha joined Coulter Partners in 2016 after a fourteen-year tenure at international executive search firm, Russell Reynolds Associates, where she worked across several sectors including Technology, Healthcare and Not-for-Profit.
Neha holds a BA (Hons.) from University College London and a Postgraduate in International Business from the London School of Economics.
