Prior to Coulter Partners, Leonardo contributed to the launch of the Executive Interim Management division at Badenoch + Clark. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Padova, Italy, and is a licensed Psychologist. A native Italian speaker, Leonardo speaks English fluently and conversational Korean, having spent over a year in Korea.
