Senior advisor to the Coulter Partners team, Eskil helped launch our Danish office in 2015. With over 18 years of search experience across a broad spectrum of life sciences businesses in the Nordics and the rest of Europe and a strong track record of successful scientific and commercial appointments, his focus ranges from Venture Capital backed start-ups to larger, established pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices affiliates.

Prior to Coulter Partners, Eskil headed Amrop’s International Life Sciences Practice Group for 10 years. Before this, Eskil was a Partner in the Technology and Product Development Practice of PA Consulting Group for almost 14 years, during which he also worked with clients in the life sciences industry. A Danish native with fluent English, he has also lived and worked in South East Asia, Japan and the US. Eskil holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, and a graduate Diploma in International Trade from the Copenhagen Business School.
