Duygu joined Coulter Partners in 2021 with over 11 years of international and regional executive search experience gained with Heidrick & Struggles in London and Istanbul, working predominantly in life sciences but also consumer, retail, industrial, technology, telecom, and financial services. She has worked with large-cap, small to mid-sized as well as Private Equity/Venture Capital clients.

Brings extensive experience in search execution, business development and leadership assessment. Duygu was Leadership Consulting Practice Lead for Heidrick & Struggles Turkey, before moving to their London offices in 2019. With native Turkish and fluent English, she holds a bachelor’s degree with a Business Management focus from Bogazici University, Istanbul, and an MSc in Marketing Management from EDHEC Business School, France.
