Has had a career spanning over 25 years dedicated to life sciences with experience gained in academia, start-ups, and communications agencies. Christelle combines strong marketing and communications expertise with hands-on entrepreneurial management experience, a deeply rooted scientific understanding and leadership and coaching skills. Previously a Partner in the Healthcare and Life Sciences team at Instinctif Partners, a leading global business communications agency. Christelle is a qualified Coach and a Mental Health First Aider with her own coaching and mentoring private practice. She holds an ICF-accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching, an MSc in Immunology, Genetics and Molecular Biology from Toulouse Paul Sabatier University, France, a master’s of Research from Pasteur Institute/Paris Diderot University, France and a PhD in Immunology from Imperial College, London. Christelle is a dual French and British national.
