Bianca channels her judgement and considerable expertise to assist those at the cutting edge of life sciences and technology innovation to achieve their goals.

Prior to founding Coulter Partners, Bianca spent 10 years with Korn Ferry and was a Partner in both Financial Services and Global Life Sciences. Bianca started her career with Citibank and has a joint Hons MA in English and Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
