Zdenka’s earlier career included work at a boutique international Executive Search firm in Prague and at a leading specialist recruitment consultancy to the life sciences industry in London, where she won ‘employee of the year’. A Czech native speaker, Zdenka is fluent in English and holds a CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English) from the University of Cambridge and an MA in Media and Communication from Charles University in Prague. Zdenka was awarded the AESC’s Future of the Profession Award in 2018.
